Google Analyticsは、下記の地域別条件とブラウザの設定に応じて動作します。

運営者と利用目的
本サイトは遠藤悠斗が運営しています。閲覧状況や表示品質を把握し、内容・使いやすさを改善するためにアクセス解析を利用します。広告向け機能は現在利用していません。
取得する情報
アクセス解析ではCookieなどの識別子、閲覧ページ・流入元、端末・ブラウザ、おおまかな地域、滞在時間、クリック・スクロール・動画再生などの操作、表示速度・読込エラーなどの情報を扱います。
解析の選択・日時・文面の版をブラウザに保存し、明示的な許可後には許可に関する記録をGoogleへ送ります。表示速度の集約値には、許可前のページ読込時間が含まれる場合があります。
Google Analyticsと保存期間
Google Analyticsが有効なときは、解析情報がGoogle LLC（米国）へ送信され、米国を含む国外で処理される場合があります。通信時にはIPアドレスも処理されます。Googleは適用される規約・ポリシーと当サイトの共有設定に従って、サービスの提供・改善等にも情報を利用する場合があります。
ユーザー・イベント単位のデータ保持は14か月に設定しています。ユーザー識別子の保持期間は新たな利用により更新され、集計済みデータなどには別の保存条件が適用されます。

解析の選択・停止
日本からの接続で、告知に基づく解析が適用される場合は、停止設定がなければ計測します。それ以外の場合は、海外・地域不明の場合も含め、許可後に開始します。拒否してもサイトを利用できます。
フッターの「解析設定」から、このブラウザでのGoogle Analyticsの設定を変更できます。許可は最長180日間、拒否は設定を変更するかブラウザ内の保存情報を削除するまで記憶します。別の端末・ブラウザには引き継がれません。
停止後の操作は新たな解析イベントに追加されません。ただし、停止前にGoogleへ渡した情報の送信や処理が続く場合があり、送信済みデータを削除する機能ではありません。この設定はGoogle Analyticsを対象とし、Cloudflareの配信・安全性確保のための処理には適用されません。
サイト配信と外部サイト
サイトの配信・安全性の確保にCloudflareを利用しています。これに伴い、接続情報などが処理されます。詳しくはCloudflareのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
外部サイトへ移動した後は、移動先の規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
お問い合わせ・変更
情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせは、STELLIT公式サイト（外部サイト）の窓口へお願いします。お問い合わせで提供された情報は、その対応に利用します。
内容を変更する場合は本ページに掲示し、法令等により必要な告知・同意取得を行います。

This site is operated by Yuto Endo. When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure page visits, referrals, device/browser details, approximate region, engagement, interactions and performance to improve the site. Advertising features are not currently used. Preference choices, dates and wording versions are stored in your browser; an explicit grant is also recorded with Google. Aggregate performance values may include page-loading time before permission.
Data is sent to Google LLC (United States) and may be processed abroad; connections also involve IP-address processing. Google may use information to provide and improve services under its applicable terms, policies and our sharing settings. User- and event-level retention is set to 14 months; new activity resets user-identifier retention, and aggregated data is subject to other retention conditions. Where notice-based analytics applies to a connection identified as being in Japan, collection starts unless you opt out. Otherwise, including other or unknown regions, permission is required. Declining does not limit access. Use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change your choice. Permission is remembered for up to 180 days; refusal persists until changed or browser data is cleared. Choices apply only to this browser. Stopping analytics prevents new interaction events, but processing or transmission of data already handed to Google may continue; it does not delete data retrospectively.
Cloudflare provides delivery and security; connection information is processed for these services. The Google Analytics setting does not control Cloudflare services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. External sites have their own policies. Contact the operator through the STELLIT website; information provided in an inquiry is used to respond. Changes are posted here, with any notice or consent required by applicable rules.
